At the end of 2004, the available land owned by the Moerdijk Port Authority amounted to 30 ha., spread over various locations on the site.  
Future expansion of the Tradepark will take place on the western side of the port and industrial complex. This site has yet to be prepared for construction.

Information is available from the Moerdijk Port Authority as to which premises and plots, belonging to third parties on the port and industrial complex, are for sale and/or for lease. This varies from office premises, water bound locations and warehouses to distribution centres, etc.
